Refund Policy

Digital Goods — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. When you complete a purchase on reely-media.com, you receive immediate access to download the Content. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Content: The downloaded file is corrupted, unplayable, or materially different from the preview shown on the Site.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Content twice. We will refund the duplicate.
  • Technical Failure: A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented you from downloading the Content, and we are unable to resolve it.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@reely-media.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Include your order number, the email associated with your account, and a description of the issue.
  • For defective content claims, please include screenshots or a description of the problem.

Processing

  • We will review your request within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded to the originating wallet at the EUR-equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Content does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., creative style, colour grading)
  • Inability to use Content due to your software, hardware, or internet limitations
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Content Licence Agreement

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account, revoke all licences, and contest the chargeback with our payment provider. Please contact us first — we're happy to resolve issues directly.
